The Met Gala to me is a mix of the Oscar’s red carpet, MTV music Awards and of course a touch of Paris Fashion week.. Nothing is off limits and everyone always looks beyond Stunning..
This Year’s Met Gala was the opening of Alexander McQueen “Savage Beauty”!
My Favorite of the night was Sarah Jessica Parker in Alexander McQueen from 2005
Best Gentleman of the evening was Bradley Cooper
Best Couple Miranda Kerr (Marchesa) and Orlando Bloom

Princess Ameerah Al Tawil, wife of Saudi Prince Al Walid bin Talal wore a custom made Zuhair Muard Couture dress especially made for the occasion. The light rosewood satin with silk lace overcoat was decorated with hand embroidered organza flowers. Her dress and overcoat were accessorized with matching shoes, a clutch, gloves and a hat all by Zuhair Murad. She was my favorite and not because she’s my client

The business savvy reality star, turned author, turned designer is expanding her brand once again by launching a beauty website called The Beauty Department.
Lauren told Allure:
“The site will offer beauty tips: how to do the hottest runway tricks. How to wear purple eyeliner. How to do beach curls. The idea is to eventually roll out a cosmetics and hair line.”

The seven-piece line of dresses in such shades as orchid, amethyst, charcoal and champagne will ship to 250 David Bridal’s stores in late June.
Vera said the dresses were designed with “a very youthful” spirit in mind, but is quick to warn the dresses aren’t inexpensive.
Prices start at $158 and top out around the $200 mark.
This is such a great buy!!!
